Catchment Area
Anyone in England can register with a GP surgery. It’s free to register.
You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number.
If you live outside of our area we are unable to register you as a patient.
A leaflet is available at reception giving details of our Practice and our registration procedure. If after reading our leaflet you qualify and wish to register, a receptionist will make you an appointment.
New patients will be offered a health check as part of our registration process.
